Learning & Development Intern


In our Delivery Development team, you support and play an important part in projects about Learning & Development, process optimization and the further development of our content. In a cross-border team, you are part of a growing international company. You work intensively on our company internal learning management system, which is called The Academy, and you harness the statistical power of the platform (e.g., attendance, impact and satisfaction).

What you are going to do

  • Help create interactive and engaging training units
  • Coordinate training activities
  • Build experience in managing The InSites Academy learning management system, which is our internal platform for all training content
  • Support the L&D Director in creating action-learning activities
  • With support from the L&D manager, own an innovative and creative training program designed to inspire colleagues on a range of subjects
  • Support the process of identifying training needs and brainstorming about learning solutions
  • Quality check key department documents
  • Support the development of engaging internal content and messaging
  • Facilitate cross-team sharing of best practices

Who we are looking for

You are interested in learning more about Learning & Development, people development, and process optimization. You are proficient in English, tech-savvy, and comfortable with Microsoft Office. This is an unpaid internship that can be combined with studies in a relevant field.
